Ski resort – a set of objects – ski hall, biathlon hall, cross-country ski tunnel, restaurant, hygienic and recreation areas of the background of ski activities

Ski hall
with a maximum capacity of 200 seats

Designed for year-round recreational skiing, basic ski training and basic training ski processes targeted mainly at lower age categories. In the hall, it is possible to conduct year-round school ski courses or special physical education classes for children.

The object is divided into parts intended for:

  • slope for downhill skiing with parameters
  • length of ski slope 750m
  • average width of the ski slope 120m
  • maximum elevation of the ski slope 48m
  • usable area of the ski slope 55,120 m 2
  • technical equipment of the slope - rope 4 seats seat, artificial snow, cooling, ventilation and lighting of the hall
  • hygienic facilities for hall visitors
  • lookout restaurant at the top station of the seat - a hall at the top of the tower with a panoramic view of the entire SPI complex with a capacity of 80 seats
  • entrance areas with reception, medical service, ski equipment rental, locker room, souvenir and sports shop and exhibition space of SPI clubs.

Biathlon hall
with a capacity for 50 athletes

  • biathlon stadium - shooting range for 8 shooters, areas for referees and coaches, spectator folding mobile stand for 120 spectators
  • areas for a cross-country penalty bike connected to the cross-country track of a ski tunnel
  • technical facilities, air conditioning, snow ventilation and lighting
  • hygienic and locker room for visitors and athletes
  • entrance hall, cross-country ski rental, refreshments are shared with the ski hall

Ski cross-country tunel
with a capacity for 50 athletes

The facility is designed to provide year-round recreational cross-country skiing, basic ski training and basic cross-country skiing training processes targeted mainly at lower age categories.

In the hall, it is possible to run year-round school cross-country skiing courses, or special physical education classes for children. The length of the tunnel, as well as its profile, allows for the organization of regular cross-country and, together with the connection to the biathlon stadium, also biathlon races.

Description of the tunnel parameters:

  • cross-country tunnel designed with a two-way cross-country track for classic and skating technique. Tunnel width 12m, height at the foot of the tunnel 1.8m, at the top 3.9m. The tunnel is circular with a length of one foot 1.25 km. This is the length, the multiples of which correspond to the lengths of the tracks of the competition runs (5km or 10km).
  • the tunnel contains 4 rest islands for the possibility of adjusting the equipment and also a space for circling slower runners.
  • it is structurally a buried half-tube, with a full- area backfill and natural vegetation. In the SPI locality, the tunnel represents a natural rampart, which in some places serves as optical and sound insulation of sports grounds, and in some places it is a part of landscaping and landscaping.
  • the capacity of actively moving runners on the track is 40 people.
  • the tunnel is connected to the technical infrastructure of the biathlon stadium and ski hall, ie it is a cumulative preparation, storage and dispatch of artificial snow. The modification of the tracks in the tunnels will be solved by electric snowmobiles.
  • behind the entrance areas with a common reception, refreshments, shopping areas, ski equipment rental, medical and rescue service 1st aid, sanitary facilities and changing rooms for all ski activities (ski hall, biathlon stadium and cross-country tunnel) the athlete gets into the heat filter and up to through the heat shield to the areas of "winter sports grounds".
  • part of this entrance unit are also spaces designed for the needs of journalists and the provision of television broadcasts from the race.

Tower below the top station of the ski hall

The following spaces are created around the supporting structure of the supporting tower of the artificial ski slope:

  • four glass lifts - two intended for transport of skiers to the top station of the chairlift and to the lookout restaurant, two intended for transport to the apartments situated below the lookout restaurant
  • VIP apartments - 4 floors with a total accommodation capacity of 40 beds, designed to provide congresses and training under the auspices of the European Union
  • two multifunctional floors designed to present the history of implemented supportive development projects and activities of the EU, focused on sports throughout the EU. These are spaces with a multimedia and educational presentation, focused on the development and visibility of the preparation of crucial EU support projects in the field.
  • restaurant for localized accommodation and exhibition capacities
  • complete technical equipment of buildings / premises for providing heating, ventilation, water preparation and distribution, electrical installations
  • parking spaces under this part of the building
  • premises for employees, technical and operational service of the building
  • necessary warehouse facilities of the complex

Nine hole
golf course
Additional function of the whole complex.

The recreational golf course with nine holes and a tee is designed for beginners, for teaching basic techniques and rules of golf.
